  • My ongoing project - photographing great Maestros in the ecstasy of conducting. Lee Mills is a conductor at Baltimore Symphony and one of the youngest conductors working now. It's a position earned not just by the talent but by the seniority, so to become successful at such young age means extraordinary talent and relentless work. Lee practices in front of the mirror at least 4 hours a day!
